Jake Paul: I Think Tommy Fury Knocks KSI Out in Less Than Five Rounds

Jake Paul is backing his former foe, light heavyweight prospect Tommy Fury, to score a knockout when he faces social media star KSI this coming October in Manchester.

“I think Tommy knocks him out in like less than five rounds,” Paul told The Mirror.

Paul, a Youtube star who turned to boxing, suffered his first career defeat back in February, when he dropped an eight round split decision to Fury.

This coming Saturday night in Dallas, Paul will attempt to bounce back when he faces MMA veteran Nate Diaz in a cross-sport boxing match.

Fury, the younger brother of WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, will now try to derail another social media personality.

In his last ring appearance, back in May, KSI initially picked up a win over Joe Fournier by way of a second round stoppage. The decision was later overturned to a no-contest, after video replays showed that Fournier was knocked out by an unintentional elbow strike.

Paul would not rule out the possibility of KSI attempting the same move on Fury.

“I mean [KSI] is doing these gimmick WWE fights up until now. Tommy is his first real test, but who knows, he might throw an elbow on Tommy, too,” Paul said.

For his part, KSI believes that he’ll bank a statement making victory by knocking Fury out.

“I came back to boxing to show the world the crazy levels I’m at. I’ve shown through obliterating all my past opponents that I am the best in this scene,” KSI said.

“KO after KO has now led me to the toughest fight in the influencer boxing scene. I’m fighting Tommy Fury. The man that defeated the once undefeated Jake Paul is now my opponent and I can’t wait to silence all the doubters that believe I have no chance. After this fight, you’ll understand that I truly am that guy.”
